A
person must be in
6th
grade or older to use the cardio equipment.
Any person using the
cardio equipment must sign a waiver. If the person
is under 18 years of age, a parent/guardian must also sign the waiver.
Everyone in this area
MUST have on tennis shoes.
When finished with a
machine, grab a towel from the stand located under
the T.V.'s. Spray the towel with disinfectant and wipe the machine down
to
sanitize it.
On each piece
of
cardio equipment there is a clipboard with a
sign-up sheet.
Before
each use, print your name on the sign up sheet at
the appropriate time slot.
If
all the cardio machines are in use, you may go to a machine, see
what time the person started their workout, and sign up for the next
available time spot.
Once
the person’s 30 minutes is up, the next
person signed up has priority.
Reservations
Reservations can be
made
1-7 days in advance for a $1.00 fee. This will reserve a cardio machine
for one hour.
Reservations
can be made on the day for no fee, however, the
reservation is limited to 1/2 hour, and you may only sign up for one
time slot on the clipboard.
Any reservations will be posted on the clipboard.
Additional
Information
Each
machine has a
cardio theatre receiver box in which
you can plug in headphones. There are four stations to listen to:
Channel 1 - TV#1, Channel 2 - TV#2, Channel 3 - digital music, Channel
4 - New Hampton Country Radio Station.
You may bring your own
set of headphones from home, or you may purchase
them at the CWC for $10. Headphones cannot be checked out due to
infection control reasons.
