CIRCUIT
TRAINING
Each machine contains
directions on how to use each piece of equipment and a picture to
demonstrate how to properly use it. Each machine also tells what muscle
in the body will be worked and a picture to show where the muscle is
located in a person’s body.
Some machines in this area have a red dot located on the machine called
“pivot points.” A person’s joints (such as elbows and knees) should
line up with these red dots.
When finished with a machine, spray it with the provided disinfectant
spray and wipe it down with a towel.
Do not slam weight plates down on any machine.

Helpful Tips
Be sure to use slow
movements when lifting weights. It will give you a better workout, and
you’ll be less likely to injure yourself.
Don’t forget to breathe each time you lift the weight. You need oxygen
to get to your blood and muscles.
