Rules


  • You must be 6th grade or older with a signed Informed Consent form to lift weights in the free weight area.

  • Everyone in this area MUST have on tennis shoes.

  • After using a machine and/or bench, please wipe it down with the provided towel and sanitizer.

  • When maxing out on weights, there must be a spotter to assure your safety.

  • All free weight plates, bars, and dumbbells need to be put away in the appropriate place and facing the correct direction when finished using them.


  • Additional Information

    • Cable cross over attachments are hanging on the black metal upright rack in the northeast corner of the free weight area

    • Over 5,000 lbs. of free weights in this area

    • Posters on the walls show exercise ideas for each muscle group (biceps, back, etc.)

    • In the lounge area, there are binders with information for each muscle group along with pictures and descriptions of exercises

    •  If a particular machine is not working or damaged, please notify a CWC Team Member.
    Mon - Thu: 5 a.m. - 8 p.m. Fri: 5 a.m. - 7 p.m. Sat: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Sun: 12 p.m. - 6 p.m.
    Closed every Sunday between Memorial Day and Labor Day
