FREE
WEIGHTS
Rules
You must be 6th
grade or older with a signed Informed Consent form to lift weights in
the free weight area.
Everyone in this area
MUST have on tennis shoes.
After
using
a machine and/or bench, please wipe it down with the provided towel and
sanitizer.
When
maxing out on weights, there must be a spotter to assure your
safety.
All
free weight plates, bars, and dumbbells need to be put away in the
appropriate place and facing the correct direction when finished using
them.

Information
- Cable
cross
over attachments are hanging on the black metal upright rack in the
northeast corner of the free weight area
- Over
5,000
lbs. of free weights in this area
- Posters
on
the walls show exercise ideas for each muscle group (biceps, back,
etc.)
- In the
lounge area, there are binders with information for each muscle group
along with pictures and descriptions of exercises
- If
a particular machine is not working or damaged, please notify a CWC
Team Member.
