1. Fitness Assessment

A series of mini tests to assess your fitness levels in comparison to the general population.
2. Exercise Program
The structure of a Personal Training Session depends on the client and their needs. However, most training sessions revolve around three basic components: Cardiovascular Exercise, Resistance Training, & General Nutrition

One FREE consultation with your personal trainer is included with any training package before you begin your program.

Individuals must give the CWC a 24-hour advance notice of cancelling an appointment with a trainer or he/she will be charged their full session.

- All sessions or fitness assessments purchased expire after one year if not used.
