Cancellation
policy - Individuals must give the CWC a 24 hour advance
notice of
cancelling an appointment with a trainer or he/she will be charged

showing you how to use the equipment, introducing you to the members
and staff, and help you feel at ease.

results, chances are you hit a plateau. Let a trainer help you break
out of that rut and get you back on track.
