A series of mini tests to assess your fitness levels in comparison to the general population.

     * Weigh-in
     * Body fat and BMI readings
     * Circumference measurements
     * Endurance and flexibility testing
           
Exercise Program
The structure of a Personal Training Session depends on the client and their needs. However, most training sessions revolve around three basic components:  Cardiovascular Exercise, Resistance Training, & General Nutrition

  • All sessions or fitness assessments purchased expire after one year if not used.

Cancellation policy - Individuals must give the CWC a 24 hour advance notice of cancelling an appointment with a trainer or he/she will be charged their full session.

  3. Customized workout plan - No more worries about keeping track of what exercises you do. Let the trainer customize a workout plan for you to adapt to your fitness level and fitness goals.

  4. Appropriate weight - Many are unsure how much weight to use when lifting. They will design a workout plan around your fitness level and abilities!

  5. Proper form / Injury Prevention - Injuries can throw you off track and set you back when it comes to reaching your fitness goals, so let a trainer monitor your form and technique.

  6. Continued Rehabilitation  - You may still need to regain stength after physical therpay, so let a trainer take over where your physical therapist left off.

  7. Set and attain realistic goals - The trainer can help you set realistic goals that are attainable in an appropriate time frame.

  8. Monitor fitness progress - The trainer will assist in making sure you are on the right track to reaching your fitness goals.

  9. Comfortable in a new gym - Let a trainer help you feel comfortable in a new gym by showing you how to use the equipment, introducing you to the members and staff, and help you feel at ease.

  10. Break plateaus - If your frustrated because you exercise, but you are not seeing any results, chances are you hit a plateau. Let a trainer help you break out of that rut and get you back on track.
