CWC Rental Options
The
CWC has two options when choosing to rent the facility:
1)
During normal business hours.....
Any area of the CWC can be rented out (except cardio & weights)
for $10/hour per area.
For
example, if you rent one side of the multi-purpose room and one side of
the sport court, the rental fee would be
$20 for 1 hour, $40 for 2 hours, and so
on.
2) During non-business hours.....
The rental fee is a flat rate of $45/hour ($10/hour goes towards
staffing the event). This is most likely
in the cases of an organization holding
a lock-in or post-prom night, or maybe for a birthday party on
a Sunday morning or later
evening.
To schedule your rental, please stop in or call the CWC at
641-394-5433 to see if the
date & time is available
for your rental. We ask that you put down a $25 cash or check
deposit to reserve the date. The deposit is given back at the
end of the rental or may be
put toward the rental fee.
You are welcome to bring in any of your own items if needed (i.e.
decorations, games, food, drinks, etc.)...We just ask that you keep
food and
drink in the MPR room at all times.
CWC items available for use during a rental:
*10 (8-ft) tables & 50 chairs
*Projection machine and screen
*Dry Erase board
*Countertop/sink area
*Fridge
*TV/DVD/VCR
*CD Player w/ IPOD dock
