Exercise Program

The structure of a Personal Training Session depends on the client and their needs. However, most training sessions revolve around three basic components:

1. Cardiovascular Exercise,
2. Resistance Training, and
3. General Nutrition.
Fitness Assessment

Stay on track with periodic fitness assessments.

* Weigh-in
* Body fat and body mass index readings
* Circumference measurements
* Endurance and flexibility testing
Shellie Gebel

Shellie is the CWC Director and is a NETA - Certified Personal Trainer. She has a coaching certificate and is the assistant coach for New Hampton High School volleyball.

Ron Reicks

Ron is a class instructor at the CWC and is a NETA - Certified Personal Trainer. Ron enjoys instructing yoga.

Misti Shawver

Misti is a NETA - Certified Personal Trainer at the CWC. She enjoys helping people learn about fitness and helping others achieve a healthy lifestyle.

Trainer Fees Fitness Assessment: $25

1 Exercise Program: $25

     - With a Buddy: $40

5 Exercise Programs: $100

     - With a Buddy: $175

10 Exercise Programs: $200

     - With a Buddy: $350
