Class Descriptions
6 Week Shred
Want to tone up those trouble zones and drop a few pounds in the process?! You'll get tips for eating healthy and answers to your health questions from a Certified Personal trainer while getting a GREAT workout! Designed to target all those areas we try to hide during the cold winter months. After 6 weeks, you'll be excited to show off your new toned figure! All fitness levels are encouraged to join as you can tailor this workout to your ability.


Beginner Yoga
This beginning yoga class is based on Hatha Yoga, which is a form of combining breathing techniques with gentle stretching movements.

BOSU Basics
No two classes will be the same! Be preparred for a variety of activities such as intervals and endurance exercises to keep your body guessing & take your fitness to the NEXT LEVEL!

Boot Camp
Are you looking to improve your balance and posture while toning your body through a revolutionary new workout? Then BOSU Basics is for you. This class will teach you how to use the new BOSU ball to effectively work every muscle in your body all while challenging your core muscles to stabilize your body.

Butts & Gutts
This class is a no fuss, high energy muscle conditioning class that tones and shapes your hips, thighs, butt and abdomen. Exercises target and tone your entire core and lower body. A fun and stress-relieving way to burn off calories!

Cardio Kickboxing
Looking to increase your strength and flexibility while burning fat? Cardio Kickboxing is a high energy, explosive, exciting, and motivating cardiovascular workout. It blends elements of boxing, martial arts, and traditional aerobics into a 45-minute exercise routine.

Dance Party
If you love Zumba, you will love this class! Experience the thrill of moving to upbeat music while dancing to improve your level of fitness & HAVE FUN!

Gentle Beginner Yoga
Gentle class of simple poses designed to challenge you without turning you into a pretzel. It will help you feel better, loosen up, and get stronger while learning the basics of yoga.

Kettlebells
STEP OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE! This one-hour clasls will increase your strength, endurance, and overall fitness with a series of interval exercises to maximize your workout.

Lunch Crunch

This class is the answer to your "I don't have time to exercise" excuse. Each 30 minute session will focus on one specific muscle group and requires little to no sweat! You will get cardio and strength training in a fast-paced, 30 minute workout session that fits into your schedule! NO MORE EXCUSES!

On the Ball
For maximum total body toning benefits, try the CWC On the Ball Class! This class uses a large stability ball and is designed to tone and firm the abdominal and core muscles, sculpt upper and lower body muscles, and improve overall posture and balance.

Pilates
This Pilates class will combine the disciplines resulting in improved core strength, balance, and coordination through a series of controlled non-impact floor movements with enhanced breathing. Benefits of Pilates include relief of lower back stress, improved posture, and increased body awareness without joint stress.

Power Yoga
Power Yoga is a more vigorous, fitness-based approach to regular yoga. You're guaranteed an hour full of moves that will focus on building your strength and stamina to push you to the next level.

Pump-It
Nothing works faster than Pump It! This is a strength-training class based on barbell exercises for every major muscle group set to energizing music. High repetitions at your own level will build endurance and stamina. This super class will ultimately change the shape of your body in record time! A great workout for both men and women of all abilities!!!

Warm Yoga
Would you like to increase your flexibility, improve your circulation, and enhance your level of energy? This class offers proven methods to promote healing, improve overall physical health, relieve stress and enhance relaxation. This class is appropriate for ALL levels.
*Room temperature will be warm to enhance stretching. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and a small towel.*
