Class Descriptions
TRX
Suspension Training body weight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. TRX is great for anyone as you're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance!
Yoga
More advanced postures and sequences in this hour long class will require a bit more strength, stamina, and flexibility. Inversions, flowing postures and static poses are included.
Kickboxing
Work up a sweat, work off the day's stress. Punch & kick your way to a healthier you! All participants will need to provide their own set of boxing gloves and wraps. ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME!!!
PiYo
You will reap the benefits as we combine the core stabilizing, strength, and posture enhancing elements of Pilates with the balance, stamina, and mental clarity of Yoga. All fitness welcome!
Kettlebells
STEP OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE! Increase strength, endurance, and overall fitness with interval strength/cardio moves to maximize your workout.
Spin Body Blast
This class will have you on and off the spinning bikes for 45 minutes for a total body workout. Sprinting on flat roads or working hard to get up a big hill will still be a part of this class. However, you will be asked to do additional moves like squats, abdominal exercises, lunges and a variety of other positions. If you are unable to do a certain move due to an injury the instructor will have an alternative for you or you can stay on the bike. Sign up for this class if you want to challenge your body in a new way!
Spinning
Indoor cycling class suited for beginners to advanced riders. Spinning is an intense 45-minute workout for those looking for a new and exciting workout routine!

Member: $30 if attending 1 class per week
$60 if attending 2 classes per week
Non-Member: $40 if attending 1 class per week
$80 if attending 2 classes per week
