CWC Stretch Fusion Wednesday Evenings

Stretching improves both the quality of workout performances and overall quality of life, helps to lengthen and loosen muscles and joints, makes tissue more pliable, and boosts the flow of oxygen and nutrients to those areas. CWC Stretch Fusion will provide a general warm up, easy stretching, deep stretching, assisted stretching, and meditation. This class is great for all ages!
CWC Yoga Wednesday Evenings

CWC Yoga is based on Hatha Yoga, which is a form of combining breathing techniques with gentle stretching movements. The class is focused on mentally and actively releasing tension using stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques. Experience the calming and peaceful effects of Yoga!
