Week Shred

toning benefits, try the CWC On the Ball Class! This class uses a large
stability ball and is designed to tone and firm the abdominal and core
muscles, sculpt upper and lower body muscles, and improve overall
posture and balance.

Pilates
This Pilates class will
combine the disciplines resulting in improved core strength, balance,
and coordination through a series of controlled non-impact floor
movements with enhanced breathing. Benefits of Pilates include relief
of lower back stress, improved posture, and increased body awareness

Power Yoga is a more
vigorous, fitness-based approach to regular yoga. You're guaranteed an
