- Cable cross over attachments are hanging on the black metal upright rack in the northeast corner of the free weight area
- Over 5,000 lbs. of free weights in this area
- Posters on the walls show exercise ideas for each muscle group (biceps, back, etc.)
- In the lounge area, there are binders with information for each muscle group along with pictures and descriptions of exercises
- If a particular machine is not working or damaged, please notify a CWC Team Member.
